is there is a way of connecting to the intelsat 10 (PAS 10) satellite, and getting connected to their frequency, or is there an alterative. I am based in Toronto

Intelsat 10 at 68.5E?
Only if the world was flat :) Its below the horizon

The beam does not come across the ocean so no you cannot get the signal

How abt aim one satellite and in turn the satellite aims intelsat 10, is it possible? Is there something like linking, i mean one satellite can pick signals from another satellite?

nope. The satellite has to have the channels on it. But since IS10 is aimed at Europe and North Africa we cannot see the beam in the western hemi

Yes, you could do that, but I doubt you are willing to pay the $10,000+ per day that it would cost.
