Is there any way you can upgrade the internal disk drive in a Hopper 3? If it can be done, that would be preferable to an external drive where you need to move programs from the internal drive to the external drive.

Well, no one have ever tried, I guess. I'd guess it could be possible, but the hopper would probably allocate 50/50 like it does now. So if you put in a 4TB drive, you probably will only get 2TB of usable space.

It uses a a very specific HD so, no, you can’t use anything other than that particular drive or a like one.
