IOS app hangs when opening a link to external site

Specifically, I click a link. The page loads then it hangs. I close the app and open it again. It then crashes. Next open it's back to normal, as long as I don't click a link.

iPad2 5.1.1 jailbroken.

Nope have seen or heard any reports like that.
