Has anyone been able to download this update? I keep getting the message I have the latest version.

Its available now via iTunes.
So far only one program works with MultiTasking and that is Pandora which was updated this morning.
As far as I know there is a Jailbreak for it that was released over the weekend by the DEV Team.

I thought you dumped AT&T and got rid of your iPhone?
I am surprised the release verision is the same version that was given to developers a few weeks ago... Mine has a Game Center icon which really does nothing. I figured they would remove that for the official release.

As far as know Dev team just has the beta version which is still buggy they have not released the official version yet.

Scott IMOVIE will be available on IPHONE 4 only. I do not know why IBOOK is missing. Is Ibook also only available on IPHONE 4 since IPHONE 4 is the mini IPAD that does phone calls.

These new features are being offered by Apple as a free upgrade to qualifying devices.
We are working hard on a release to our tools that will jailbreak your device (or give you iOS 4 via the jailbreak train) and provide you with a carrier unlock.
Until these tools are released you should hold off on updating your device until we have fully tested our tools with all the relevant devices.
If you rely on hacktivation or a carrier unlock (ultrasn0w) then you should not upgrade until we have fully tested and released our tools.
Don’t be tempted with unofficial PwnageTool/redsn0w bundles or releases, just check here or our team twitter for real time release information.
Remember, we risk our devices so you don’t have to (but this time anyone who has made a mistake upgrading their baseband firmware at 3.1.3 or 4.0 should be OK real soon"

No I kept the I phone and went with Tmobile, Jailbroken... Im holding off on the jailbreaking as the dev team is saying not to do it yet as they are working on the jailbroken unlocked tools....
Im considering ATT once again as they FINALLY released 3G service in my area about two weeks ago. (Allbeit 1year 6months and 20 days late from the originial press realease back in 2008 that said the end of 2009!) At the time that I dumped ATT, it didnt matter as I wasnt getting 3g service (and was paying for it, in my area) Now that ATT is offering 3G service, and was the only reason that I dumped them, I'm considering it, but the new data plans are a stickey point right now... If they still had the unlimited plan (old one), I would be back with them. Im just tired of companies like ATT and other ones.. Doing stuff half assed. If its not one thing its another...
I can tell you one thing when I own my next big company (if it ever happens) you will never find my company doing things half assed.... If it happens, its gonna change right then and there. Quality and Coustomer Apprecation is the key to keeping very good coustomers for very long periods of time.
IBOOKS is available through the APP store as a free download just do a search for IBOOKS it will be their
Press and hold an app until it wiggles then drag it onto another app of the same type such as a game. It will then make a folder for you.
It stinks you can only put 12 items per folder. I would like to put all the games in one folder.
