Is Azteca 7 & 8 no longer Available?

This may have already been discussed here but yesterday I rescanned in Galaxy 25 - 93.0W on Ku Band and got about 7 channels 3 of which had no picture - IBC_SA, Justice TV, and Data Test. But on the Azteca channels it looks like Azteca 7 & 8 are coming in with a strong S & Q, but there is no picture?? Azteca America Este and America Oest have sound and picture and are coming in strong. Does anyone know what happened to Azteca 7 & 8?

its actually 7 & 13 but as noted there is a big thread already going on about it
