Is Dish Platinum Online Not Available on the Vip 612?

Its not on the DVR menu like on my 622. Dish support on Twitter says it should be there. Anyone else see it on theirs?

Oh, and I downloaded Hellboy on my 622, black screen. Dish support is going to put a ticket in to technical support.

Dish support just got back to me. Not supported at this time. Sigh. Guess I will just go to the website and to my TV via my laptop's HDMI port.

That's correct, it is currently not available on the VIP 612.
