Is FTA still a good hobby

I guess i missed the peak when i got into it a year and a half ago but still having a great time with it.I would say its still well worth the time and effort!great hobby.
 
nope its not a good hobby. It sucks right now. Best thing to do is box up all your equipment and send it to me for the cost of shipping. I'll PM you my address ;)
 
Lots of retro TV, educational programming (i.e. NASA, PBS, and more), and the movies on Cubavision. Some local channels from around the country... But the feeds are the best part of FTA!

Feeds are occasional uplinks by broadcasters and include sports events, TV show backhauls, and uncensored news.
 
I just got started and really enjoy it. My only monthly bill now is cell phone and internet - no cable bills, no satellite bills, and yet I have all the TV I can handle in addition to the hobby aspect of searching for feeds, learning equipment, etc.
