Is my dish misaligned?

I have 5lnb slimline dish, and the 101 (all above 90), 110 (91, 80, 82), and 119 satellites (all above 93) come in just fine; but 99(c) is in the 60s and 70s, 99(s) has 0 for about half the transponders, 51 for #3, and then 85 and up for the others (no pattern); 103(s) has mostly zeroes, with a 44, 52, 80, 97, 96 thrown in; and then 103(c) all is between 40 and 60.

Does it need to be tweaked a little?

It could be tweaked a little ....
Are you getting all your subbed channels ? If so, don't worry about them.
Mainly the 99 and 103 need adjusting.
This is done with the "Fine Tune" portion of the dish.
The 101,110 and 119 are decent ...

I've had a couple of 'searching for signal' that typically go away in a few seconds, but otherwise it's fine.

Your numbers on the main sats are pretty good, your signal on the 99 and 103 need to be fine tuned, I would call and have D* come out and peak it, your not in a hurry because your getting everything, call D* and they can do it when they are in the area.
