Is Palladia available to Puerto Rico BB@H package or not? Dirt Member help needed

It's Palladia included to Puerto Rico BB@H subscribers or not? Dirt member please help, I'm tired of contacting CSR's, and their story of the day.

Edited: This is with a Hopper/Joey System, AT200 + BB@H package.

Thanks for the prompt response. This should have savd me countless calls and chats with CSR.

Now, why dish simply don't state with channels per package are available to Puerto Rico subscribers as it does with Alaska customers?

I think you really need to check "the list" to find out if you actually receive the channel.

I subscribe to at250 and also had bb@home here in Hawaii.

Although Palladia showed up in our guide and was included in our packages, Palladia was not sent to Hawaii on any spot beams. So yes, you may "get it" as far as being authorized. Whether it is actually available to you is another situation entirely.

AEP is the same as our top 250 with the 4 major premiums. The OP would need to change from the 200 to the 250 (with HD) in order to receive it in PR
