Is RTPi on Int 805 Down

Hi,

My parents have a C-Band dish and they have it to watch RTPi on Int805 (55 deg). They are having been having problems getting the signal and today thay can't get it. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It IS Solar outage time of the year, and it will take out channels for a short while every day. This is my guess since I can't watch it right now.
