Is there a free preview of the Military channel in the America's Top 200 package?

So I have the America's Top 200 package and a week or two ago I noticed we had the Military channel. I watched it some and noticed a few days ago it was turning green in the guide when I skipped ahead. So it acted like it was going to be turned off in a few hours. I never checked it again until I saw tonight that it's still on. I still get it but the guide shows that I will only get it for a few days then it turns green in the guide again saying it's a subscription channel. Am I just getting a free preview or is it now in this package and the guide just acting funny?

check channel 102. That lists the freeviews for the month

but a qucik search shows a freeview for Military back in February

102 shows it as a free preview. I didn't even know about channel 102. Thanks. I really like this channel but I hate to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to the next package when this channel is the only one I'd watch out of the extra's. I guess I will just have to not watch it after the free preview.
