Is there an FTA feed of the BBC World Service on C Band 127 Degrees?

Is there an FTA feed of the BBC World Service on C Band 127 Degrees? Lyngsat indicates there is an FTA feed but I am having trouble. Any ideas?

I don't think so. Check the date , out to the far right, on those lyngsat things. They stay up forever...or until somebody notifies them of changes. May have been a feed there at one time, but I don't recall it.
edit: I looked at the lyngsat chart, says june2012 but I haven't heard anybody talking about it. It's c-band, I might try it shortly and see if I can find the sat-it's not scanned in on my dish at the moment.

I checked==they ARE there but scrambled "powervision". No free BBC feeds in NA that I know of, except sometimes they are shown on some of the PBS stations.
127W 3800H SD & HD but both locked down.

Me thinks, from other threads-forums, there's a feed of the hour long BBC World News America that's carried later in the day by the PBS stations. IIRR it's an hour or two before the local PBS airs it. If that's any help(?)
BBC Radio (IIRR) is on I805 C Band, 55.5W, ITC.
