Is This an Eastern Arc or Western Arc LNB?

This LNB was on a Dish Labeled Turbo HD (one that has the fine tune adjusting screw for elevation).

I have searched and searched and read and read and I am still confused.

I have an older MPEG2 Receiver, I think the 625, and can't use the Eastern Arc. My question is, will this LNB allow me get 110 and 119? I think that all of the SD channels on WA are on 110 and 119?

In that LNBF the switch is setup 77.0w = sat 1 72.7w = sat 2 and 61.5w = sat 3 You would need to use the 72.7w LNB and the 61.5w LNB and they are backwards of what the receiver expects I believe.

I believe that dish is a 1000.4 I don't think that LNB will work

I love the 1000.4, still see them around occasionally . Requires a bigger LNB ** Width** but all in all it was nice to adjust those. But putting up 1000.2 WA setups 3-5 times a day( assuming all new connects/movers) a change would be nice.. New model.

OP as many have mentioned it's a Eastern Arc LNB for a 1000.4 Dish Kit

I like setting up our 1000.4 better as we move from place to place in our RV compared to the 1000.2. I have both EA and WA LNBF's, and being able to switch between them really increases the aiming opportunities when on heavily treed camp sites. I've never been unable to get a signal to date, but there have been times when I could only hit two of the three sats.

The space between the lnb's (the "eyes").
Somebody mentioned that the frequencies are different as well, but not sure about that?

No, I didnt ask the difference between Eastern arc 1000.4

I asked you what the difference is between your claimed Western arc 1000.4 and Western arc 1000.2.

And, he answered you. The spacing is different.

Here are the two WA lnb sets for 1000.4 and 1000.2, the 1000.4 being the larger.

So it only fits the larger dish than.
What was the purpose of a western arc 1000.4?

Did dish have some citys go from EA to WA?

The 1000.4 is easier to dial in for either arc than the 1000.2. It has fine tuning adjustments for the elevation and azimuth that the 1000.2 is lacking.
