ISO Structural Engineer familiar with wind load ratings

I have a commercial client that needs to have a C-Band dish installed on the roof of a 12 story building. the landlord requires that I provide input from a Structural Engineer on the amount of 1) Wind Load, and 2) ballast requirements for this equipment. Are there any engineers out there, or have any of you used engineers for this previously that could suggest someone? I'm in the Washington DC area. Thanks.

You would probably need a PE or an Architect licensed to practise in the DC area or check with the dish manufacturer for ratings/ approvals.
