ITVN/XTV dead or not

there seems to be conflicting reports. some claim to be able to access the XTV service part of ITVN, some claim it's dead. for those that actually have it.....which is it? my service stopped at the beginning of april...others claim to somehow still get into XTV portion of the service.

i'm looking for either,,,not an opinion from those that do not have or like(d) the service.

"i get some sort of xtv programming"
or
"i get an error that the page cannot be found, and take me to the first start connection screen"

Double Dipping !!!!

Look out ! These people are in Finantional Straights. And have Decided to Double charge thier customers. Stealing ! Why not We are BANKRUPT ! Even Hurricane Victums ! a**holes, They took me for $59.90 without asking.

No service. Poll is closed, so I didn't get to vote. They double billed me also. Complained to my cr card company. Maybe I'll get a refund. But since they're out of business......
