I've lost my G 16 Caribbean channels for NBC and Fox

On G16 C-band before the baseball playoffs mid month, my feeds for (NBC) and WSJX (Fox) dissappeared and have not returned
The ABC feed on that transponder ( 3848H,tp 7) is still strong as are two others -- and the channels they were on still show a strong signal
Does anyone have an idea or know what happened?
I would appreciate finding out where to find them
Lyngsat still shows them on the satellite and transponder but it was updated prior to the disappearance
