Joe Harkins still exists?

Maybe this should be in the installs thread, but I didn't want it to get buried. Note from this post of today that Joe Harkins is apparently alive, well, and still directly handling installation snafus?

As promised, Joe is following up with my failed OTA install. He still has his installs.com e-mail address so he is obviously employed at Installs Inc. in an official capacity. From what he mentioned in his e-mail, he is currenly on the road visiting installers - can't say he is handling ALL install snafus. We can only hope that Joe is involved with Installer QC and Training issues at a higher-level.

Perhaps Sean or the moderators have more info...
