Joey 2 won’t connect to Hopper Duo, via ethernet.

The Joey and the Hopper Duo both recognize each other but after pressing link, nothing changes. Even after a minute or 2. It still says unlinked, but the connection is strong. The Hopper has service, but not sure about the Joey. Do not have a satellite for them yet.

Any fixes?
