Joey Password removal

How do I uninstall a password on a Joey, I want all access without using a password.

If you are referring to a parental access code and you don't know the password we would have to send an authorization signal to clear it. If you only want the password to be used in room "a" and "b" but not room "c" you would need to go to room C and press menu then select parental controls, set the ratings selection to none select no no and save.

I know the PW, just want to remove it from a Joey, it's more of a hassle then it's worth. I wanted to block PPV and VOD from access in a guest room. It ended up locking certain premium channels I pay for......? what's up with that?
