Joey registration number

Trying to set up my Harmony remote with hub and I'm having a major problem. I can get it to find the joey, no problem. I've activated IR sensitivity. When I try to set it to control the joey, though, I can't get a registration number to save my life. Seems to me I need that. Help!

I couldn't get my Harmony hub to work with my Joey via IP (worked fine for the H3 itself), so I am using IR for the Joey. You don't need any registration or other number to use IR control. I think you are still trying to set it up as IP.
