Just Got Directv WHole-Home Dvr adn it skips...

I just got it install today 5/27 Both of my H23's see each others DVRs both it skips when I play from one another. Can you guys give me any points or should I call the them to come back

how is it connected to your network and can you give us some details of that network?

The living room DVR is connected with both the directv deca connection and connected to my router so I can use VOD the second DVR is just connected with deca connection.

Are you saying that the LR DVR is using both a DECA connection and an ethernet connection?
If that is true, then that is a problem. To connect your router to the DECA cloud you need a separate DECA connecting to the router.

also sounds like maybe the installer didn't use a large enough splitter for 1 DVR and 2 non DVR you would need at least a 4 way or an 8 way if you have a Broadband Deca

I thought connecting with ethernet and DECA at the same time disabled the DECA connection. Try removing the ethernet and see if that helps.
