Just got myself a Pansat 2700a

I haven't been able to get it to work. I'm totally new to this so yea I have no idea what I'm doing.

I had Dish Network so I still have their Dishes. Their hooked up using a pair of Dish Network Dish 500 SW21 Switches. Right now my signal level is around 69% and I have no quality level.

These Dishes work fine with the Dish Network receiver so I don't know why it doesn't work with this Pansat. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
