Just got off the phone with Direct TV

I have been having trouble with getting some of my HD channels it would say Searching for Signal on Sat 2 and thanks to some help from rupert on hear I switched the BBC's around now it said trouble with Sat 1 so i guess I have a Bad BBC. I called up direct to tell them about my trouble and unfortunately I was transferred to a person with bad english. he had me run all kind of test on the channels and put me on hold for around 2 min. and said that there is nothing wrong on my end they need to do some updates on there end and everything will be fine today. But when i do a signal strength test it shows 103 (b) tuner 1 0's Tuner 2 Mid 90's with a low of 86 and when i swich them around it says i get tuner 1 mid 90's low of 86 tuner 2 all 0's.
WTF?!? Is this on my end or direct tv's end???

Definitely sounds like a bad BBC if changing that changed the problem...

Ok now how do i convince them that is the trouble and that "I shoud not worry these are new channels, and we are working the bugs out"??

Change them both if you want, usually it will say something like Searching for signal on tuner # .... that will tell you which one you need to swap out.
