Today, DirecTV has launched a new package called KoreanDirect and a new a-la-carte channel called CTS. If you came from this thread, welcome. Previous discussion on Korean programming on DISH and DirecTV were here: http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=42042

Satellite: 95 Ku-band Medium-powered; Horizontal polarity
Channel: 2080 - SBS, 2081 - MBC, 2082 - YTN
To order: Must combine with Basic, Preferred, or Total Choice and higher package

CTS Details:

Channel include: CTS, a Christian programming in Korean language

Pricing: $4.99/mo.
Satellite: 95 Ku-band Medium-powered; Horizontal polarity
Channel: 2087 - CTS
To order: Must combine with other qualified International programming, which also requires Basic, Preferred, or Total Choice and higher package

Great Korean Channels!

Just found it today looking at the channel list. This is great news! Thanks Direct TV for the fine Korean channels you brought us. We left Dishnetwork because of the poor Korean channels they offered...mostly the religious channels. Thank goodness we switched to Direct TV.
