J-B Weld is great stuff, but I didn't want the graft to be permenent. I am sure the feed horn will meet many LNB suitors in the upcoming years!

Just an update on the project. The grafted LNB has been up for a year and the silicone is holding up perfectly. Checked it out when resetting the 103w skew last month and decided that the silicon is going to remain the permanent adhesive.

I will call this project a success!
