I am getting a two hopper, one Joey setup this weekend. How will the Joey "co-exist" with both hoppers? Will the Joey be able to share both hopper's tuners?

The Joey can link to both Hoppers, one at a time. You need to go into the Whole Home menu to choose which Hopper to link to. Menu>Settings>Network Setup>Whole Home. Then highlight the Hopper you want to link to and press Select.
Linking determines which Hopper's tuners and hard disk to use. The Joey can also play back recordings from either Hopper without changing the linking by a selection in the DVR menu.
The DVR fee is a $10 account level fee. So only $10 regardless of how many Hoppers you have.
The first receiver on the account is included in your programming. Each additional Hopper/Joey is $7 per month in addition to the $10 DVR fee.

I'm fairly certain that you can access the DVR contents from either hopper due to the sharing functionality. If not then you could just go to the whole home screen and link to the other hopper if you want.
