You should put them all together and show us from start to finish how they are made.

Then we can call it "How it's Made!" (Wait there is already a show named that) :)

The only thing I didn't like was the guy working on the satellite meters... gets them all tweaked and then just throws them in the box. :D

Why is that China dude in the "Setting LO Frequency on ESX 521U Ku LNBF" footage putting the gizmos back on the same conveyor from which he took it from? Which ones are done? Which ones are not?

For anyone complaining about their boring job here in the states, look at those videos and imagine sitting there day in and out doing that same work every day. ugh!

The China man? There is not a single Chinese person who works at the factory :D ..... Just kidding.

I believe you are refering to this video: YouTube - WSInternational's Channel

If you pay close attention, you will see that the third LNBF he is trying to set the LO frequency on fails, then he puts it to the side. After that, it goes to a technician who is sitting there testing to see where the problem lies, and personally replaces the faulty component by hand an a soldering iron.

To answer your question, there are two people at the end of the production line that test every LNBF for the proper LO frequency, which I do not have a video of, if it fails, they get pulled to the side and are back on the conveyor belt for a second round, third round, etc... until it gets done. Also, it's not just one person setting the LO frequency, on the same production line, there are three people doing it.

Also, if you pay attention on some of the videos, particularly this one: YouTube - WSInternational's Channel the LNBFs are coming on the conveyor belt vertically, ones he is done testing them, he lays them down horizontally to show that it has been tested.

I guess that he does know what he is doing! ;)

I watched it a couple of times but just did not watch close enough. :o
