Local Channels

i'm just wondering if anyone in here have heard if there is any chance of E* or D* getting local channels in the bluefield / beckley dma i would really like to see them on E* but which one gets them first that is who i'm going to, i dont want to go to my local cable company here because they are no good. thanks in advance for any help
