Local OTA Channels Out in South-Central PA

Was watching a hockey game on my local NBC affiliate today and the signal cut out for all the local OTA channels (via Dish) in south-central PA. Everything else still works as per usual.

Anyone else having similar issues? Any guess as to what's going on?

Didn't notice anything during the game, but I think I was watching the OTA feed of WGAL. Had locals that evening when watching something else though.
