Locals and "moving"...

Used to live in Northeast PA, then literally moved to Southern PA.
I called to "move" back to Northeast PA so I could still have SNY. When I did that, I had SNY/MSG etc but I had the Harrisburg locals (which was fine with me).

Recently, I had to get a new receiver and I have all the Northeast PA local channels. Is there a setting that I can activate to get the Harrisburg locals back?? I don't have an antenna on my Dish.

move back to Harrisburg. Sounded like a glitch in the system where you got the "old" locals and the new ones. Activating that new receiver flushed the system
