looking for a hi-freq a/b push button switch

is there such a thing as a push button a/b switch that can pass 13/18v and would work for FTA? This would bypass the diseqc switch all together, I would just have to manually push which lnbf I want to run. No big deal!

This one from Channel Master says it can be used on a satelite.

I've used CM switches in the past, they were well built.
