Looking for a region free DVD recorder player.

Hey guys i need a little help i am looking for a DVD recorder/player that is able to play all region dvd's. Does anyone know which brands are able to play all region DVD's right out of the box?? or do i have to get the code's to change them??

OK if anyone knows which unit's are best let me know.
