Loose 82 & 91 birds when sw21 is attached

Hi

When each wired separately to the receiver I have 90% on 91 & 87% on 82, each on their own dish. I Installed a new sw21 inline to get both sats on one receiver & both signals disappear.. There is no options to pick lnb 1,2 0r any lnb. Do I need to reprogram the 9400 receiver.

2 Questions. How long is the coax from the switch to your recvr. Does your 82 LNB label say "Dual LNB".
