I installed a second receiver for a customer , everything seemed fine but now they say that it runs for a few hours then goes into a "searching for signal " error 771 /772

I was there Thur and changed the cord from the wall to the receiver and it came right up so I assumed that was the problem

I called Friday and they said nope its out again

I'm thinking that to bring it up its a matter of removing the feed cable for a few minutes then reconnecting

the original receiver off the dish is working just fine

this is the receiver I used

Model: R22 | "

heres what the LNB says

Eagle triple feed Multi satellite LNB
18x20 dish DTvp3
lmal 4 outputs

bad receiver ?

Bad LNB?

Bad Connector ?

any guidance is most appreciated

Heres a link to the thread where I had inital install issues

Try a different output from the dish.

I assume that the correct dish type was selected when the receiver was setup, right?
That's the Phase 3 dish used to receive the 101, 110, and 119 sats.

no setup It auto selected and started playing

should I go in and do a manual setup ?
