Lost Eastern ARC HD Channels. CSR's No Help.

Have lost most of my HD channels. I get the Smart Card Has Not Authorized default message. Spent 45 minutes on line with a "tech" CSR going through hard reboot, check switch etc. before she finally saw DISH was having a problem woth Eastern ARC channels. SD works great. At least I have SD free for life!
 
I just checked my EA channels and I did not find any missing of the 10 or so HD that I checked.

I am having this problem with FOXNEWS NHLNetwork and some local Cincinnati stations.
The Tech guy I talked to said that the problem was Dish's and not the smart card or receiver.
 
There was an issue today where HD channels on EA were popping up with the 005 message although they should have been able to receive the programming. Everything should be back up and running as of 3:15 PM EST. Here's what was popping up for us.

If you receive a call from a customer experiencing
005 on HD Channels from the Eastern Arc Feed,
please apologize for the inconvenience and advise
the customer we are working on the issue.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, please let me know if anyone is still having the problem.
