Once in a while from late afternoon till much later in the evening, LPB 2,3, HD on 87 West are off the air. There is no signal whatsoever. Then around 9pm or so, it comes back on with a great signal. I know its not my equipment as NewsourceHD on 87 west is always up with some picture.
As an example, sometimes at 4 or 5pm at the close of the present program, LPB goes blank. Then later in the evening it will come back on, sometimes i the middle of a program. My signal strength on 87 West is always 88 Plus
Is there a programming reason that LPB 2,3,HD goes off the air as mentioned.
