7pm PST on Jan 14 Guide says American Graffiti, actual program American Gangster.

Quite a different movie. Does this type of thing happen often on Direct?

I am guessing someone somwhere inputs the programs, and just grabbed the wrong American G****

The EPG used to be done by Tribune, not sure if they still are.

1. Services provide data to Tribune
2. Tribune compiles and formats the data for the client
3. Client uploads data from Tribune
4. Client pushes data to user boxes

The same guide error occurred on E* systems as well. Bummer, that's a great classic & was hoping to catch it. Had it set to record on both DVRs just in case one cratered. I was quite disappointed.

Besides being rated a full 4 stars, American Graffiti is also one of the few films to have officially been deemed "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant" by the United States Library of Congress and was added to the National Film Registry for preservation.

Am considering buying the DVD just to have it.
