MDU Owner Forum?

I am looking for a good forum for MDU owners' technical people to talk about cable and video distribution systems. I am the systems and network manager at a college, and the management just moved responsibility for telecom into IT, so I have inherited the duty of managing the engineering side of our relationship with Comcast.
