I get your point and agree about abusing the mail message feature--BUT I LOVE the notice informing me that I can watch from the beginning what I just tuned to using VOD! Of couse, I first check to see if I can just record the next airing on the DVRNow that was drinkable. And still available today with 7 essential vitamins and minerals! (I don't know about Tang or Ovaltine.)

That is a happy thought. But I fear Dish, if they start using this feature a lot, will annoy me with yet another plug for their VOD, or worse, tell me how I can stop watching the program I'm watching and start watching it on my cell phone.That's nuts, even on a phablet.
. He, he, he. If not, then I VOD it. But the LONG, cumbersome journey to the VOD is a big pain, and using voice to show me options for viewing does NOT indicate that VOD is an option. What a MESS.
