THe VisionSat works ok but the MicroHD does not. Can we jump to the conclusion that the problem is with the MicroHD especially after the power line surge?

I was pretty much at that conclusion as of post #14. Just trying to dot the i's and curl the q's as I addressed the comments/suggestions that came up afterwards...the later tests continued to point back to the microHD. I've kinda been wanting to put the Primestar DRO back in service anyway in order to use the PLL that's on 87W elsewhere.
