GEOSATpro MicroHD HDMI Not Working

Hey, I've had my microhd for a couple months, and I went to hook it up to my larger TV (Dynex 55") and it said "Not Support" or no signal. I'm using a known good HDMI cable (stole it off of my roku). I also tried my second TV and it's not working there either, but I only get no signal. I've tried the following things:

1. Changing between all available resolutions.
2. Factory reset on 7/6 firmware
3. Factory reset on 8/29 firmware
4. Two different TVs and different HDMI inputs on each TV

Any ideas what else to try?
 
If you did a factory reset on the 8/29 software it defaults to 480 which should work

Hook up the a/v cable and see what the resolution is set at when you select the display
 
Sorry to hear that dotbatman i have the same issue with mine work great for 2 and a bit months the HDMI output quite september 21 tryed everything and no go and had many calls to my canadian supply and just got the ok to send it back late afternoon september 28 what a joke they didnt call me ones to tell me what was going on hope thing go better for you cheers
