MICROHD REMOTE WITH NO ALPHABET?

I must be missing something..... My remote only has numbers. No alphabet on the remote? The remote I received does not look like the remote in the manual. I can guess keys because they are standard, but I am concerned.

Did I buy a clone? Or are they all this way?

Everything else looks the same but trying to rename a channel is ridiculous ...

couple options
-use the channel editing software that has been posted
-use the number keys

Yes, we carry replacement accessories. I.E. AV breakout cables, power supplies and remote controls. We do have a limited supply of alpha/numeric remotes in stock if you wish to purchase a spare.

The new production run of the microHD shipment will arrive in approximately 3 weeks and will include Alpha/numeric labeled remotes as a standard item. Until then, microHDs are shipping with the numeric keypad.
