Missing channels

I just installed last weekend. But on tuesday, the channels 4, 5, 9, 12, 29, 73 and 76 went gray, and a bar in the lower left side of the tv says that it's looking for a satellite signal. The guy who installed it said that is something he has never seen before. We checked the signal strenght and it was like this:

99c 80% 80%
103c 60% 60%
101 88% 88%
110 95% 95%
119 96% 96%

I took my receiver to a friend's house who also has Directv, and the channels worked fine.

Does someone knows what's the problem? I would really appreciate the help.

Yea the 60% signal on the 103 is unacceptable.
All your signal should be in the low to mid 90's
Either a misalined dish or an obstruction of some type.
Or possible bad B-Band converters.
If your Tech is clueless, Get another Tech out there.

Yes 60% is way too low for 103. Call them back out.
