mits sr hd5 not compatible with 3 lnb?

I have a mits sr hd5 and a new eagle aspen phase 3 dish when I select oval 3 my signal on 119 is nothing or very little and the 101 and 110 are good If I switch it to oval 2 my signal on 119 is in the 70's and the 101 is still good but as soon as I swith back it drops down to nothing again I have tried everything new cables and a new lnb still with the same results does anyone have a suggestion thanks.
