Mixed-up channels: BravoHD+ instead of StarzHD on channel 261

Some people are getting BravoHD+ instead of StarzHD on channel 261, or have some other channels mixed up (e.g., 204, 206, 226, 229, 261, 262, 301, and 305).

This is a polarity issue, that is usually caused by improper wiring, bad LNB or wrong type of diplexer. (No need to replace the STB: it won't help!)

I had this problem, but its been fixed. When I received an upgraded OTA antenna, Channelmaster 4228, the installer forgot to remove the powered diplexor. this was causing polarity problems.
