Believe me, I should know...twice!! I mentioned earlier in this thread that maybe there should be a limit on how many players from one team go to the All Star Game. I'm thinking, he's gonna miss the ASG, probably has had this issue for quite some time while playing thru it ... the team is hoping the time off (till next Friday ) will do him good.

If he goes out for surgery and it's a simple scope, he'll be out a short time, few weeks at most.

Maybe so, but look at all the runs the Bucs are getting now, compared to early in the year. Since the first of June, it's rare to see the Bucs putting up less than 6 runs/game. Pretty good for a NL team.
