The Red Sox got their 50th win today. It's only the fourth time in their long history that they accomplished this before July 1st.

What a difference a year makes? Wow, the Red Sox have been on fire. Good for them!!!

Puig goes 4 for 5 today with a triple, double, 2 singles, and 2 stolen bases.

The Bubonic Puig strikes again!! This guy has been fantastic so far. I wonder how long it will last though. Seems like the Dodgers have gotten hot because of him.

Only 1 player who debuted since 1900 collected as many hits during first calendar month as Puig (44):Joe DiMaggio 48 hits, May '36.

And Puig did not even play a full month. DiMaggio hit .408 during that time. Puig is hitting .440.

They mentioned one player...Nolasco. I don't know if one player that is NOT Stanton constitutes "whats left". Stanton is under contract until 2016(last 2 years go to arbitration)...he ain't going to be given up until a King's ransom if offered.
