2 weeks away, this time no L.A teams lol..

Regardless I still enjoy the MLB Playoffs no matter who makes it in.

Minnesota, Texas and Cincinnati are in for sure.

Yankees and Rays .. close to call.
Giants and Padres.. even closer to call.
Phillies and Braves .. not to close.

Twins magic number down to 2, should be wrapped up by the end of the week at the latest...

Giants, Padres and Rockies - all bunched up now, with the Padres fading fast. 2nd place in the NL West isn't likely to get the wildcard.

I'd like to see Twins & Reds at WS .. would be a classic matchup

Both Yankees and Rays will be in the playoffs. Just the matter of who wins the division and who is the wild card.

I would love to see the Reds vs Twins in the World Series. The Reds are my favorite team and the Twins another small market who would drive FOX crazy.

NLDS- Series "A"*

Game 1- Wed. 10/6
Game 2- Fri. 10/8
Game 3- Sun. 10/10
Game 4- Mon. 10/11
Game 5- Wed. 10/13

If the Phillies secure HFA and choose the above series, they can go Halladay/Oswalt/Hamels/Halladay/Oswalt all on normal rest!

No times listed for any of them.....
Wonder if they are gonna pull the 10:30 - 11 pm crap.

Based on CURRENT standings, and taking markets into consideration, I could see it going something LIKE this:

Wed- Tampa Bay @ Minnesota- 1:30pm ET
San Francisco @ Philadelphia- 5:00pm ET
Texas @ New York- 8:30pm ET

Thur- Atlanta @ Cincinnati- 1:30pm ET
Tampa Bay @ Minnesota- 5:00pm ET
Texas @ New York- 8:30pm ET

Fri- Atlanta @ Cincinnati- 5:00pm ET
San Francisco @ Philadelphia- 8:30pm ET

Sat- Minnesota @ Tampa Bay- 5:00pm ET
New York @ Texas- 8:30pm ET

Sunday is the day that you potenially have all four series playing. In that instance Philly @ SF could be a 10:30/11:00pm ET start.
