MLBEI Blackout Question

If you live in the NYC area, can you watch the Mets and Yankees on the MLBEI channels when the games are on local channels 9 and 11? Or are they blacked out? I ask because I am curious about having service address in NYC, with MLBEI package but being outside spotbeam range for NY WWOR 9 and NY CW11.

Opposing team feeds are blacked out if you are in a team's service area. So esentially, you would be out of luck on the games via NY's MY & CW OTA stations.
