Mediacom has the same thing here, mostly just networks, public access, etc. Right now, the service costs like $12 a month, but will soon be going up to almost $20.00 a month

Yeah, I seem to recall that there is some federal requirement that if broadcast DTV channels are carried on a cable system, that they must be available in unencrypted QAM to any customer who has even the lowest/cheapest package.
